Desktop Digital Stereotaxic Instruments

Desktop Digital Stereotaxic Instruments exhibit all the features of the Standard Stereotaxic Instrument, and it has a sealed electronic sensor and compact LCD display, which real-time shows the coordination of all three axes with 10 micron resolution. And the zeroing function simplifies the targeting process. To be adequate for the electrophysiology experiment, this instrument utilizes battery instead of AC power, which dramatically reduces electronic noise, and keeps the workbench tidy. The standard Stereotaxic Instrument can be upgraded to Digital Stereotaxic with the Desktop Digi, SGL Module.

- Adaptors available for use with rats, mice, birds, cats, dogs, monkeys, rabbits, geckos, guinea pigs and other species.
- Working distance for each 3-dimension is 80mm width precise alignment to 0,1mm resolution.
- Vertical direction: 180? rotation and lock at any angles.
- Horizontal direction: 360? rotation and lock at any angles.
- Laser engraved scales, darken rod and open U-shape frame make numerals easy to read.
- Dual-lead screws ensure stable and accurate manipulation.
- Maintain accuracy and flexibillity at different temperatures.
- The surface of base of frame are coated with manufacturer applied treatment that resists stains and wearing.
- Zeroing function can be done at any X, Y, Z axis coordinates on the display, to avoid secondary readings and calculations, simplifies the process of experimental operation.
- Battery can be used for a long time, without electronic noise, suited for electrophysiology studies.
- Extended base plate 400mm x 255mm is available.
- Vertical Lock and fixing knob are seperated to ensure accurate position at any angle.
- The precisely-designed rotary knob and the U frame supply sufficient space for the enterior-posterior operation (28mm)
- Curve design of nose clamp secures the head of the animals more steady.
- Use plate pressing rather than clamping in locking the Ear bar, to ensure stability.
- Syringe pump, microcamera and drill can be attached to the Stereotaxic Instruments directly.
