This Sunday was World Child Cancer Day. Needed because every 3 minutes, somewhere in the world a family hears the devastating words that their child has been diagnosed with cancer…
Research into pediatric oncology has come a long way: survival rates keep improving, and there are treatment options now that didn't exist a decade ago.
But we’re not done. Far too many children still face cancers without good treatment options. That's what keeps researchers pushing: they won't accept this is as good as it gets.
So with Carfil Quality we supply the infrastructure the life science sector needs: housing systems, consumables and equipment that works when it matters. Technical work, but it supports something much bigger.
My thoughts go out to those children still in the fight.
To their families holding on.
And to the researchers who won't stop until they find a better solution.
